I am a specialist divorce and family law solicitor, and deal with all aspects of relationship problems and breakdown, including disputes about children.

I provide expert advice and am committed to professional excellence. As my firm is a small, niche practice, my clients receive a dedicated, personal service.

Inevitably a breakdown in a marriage or relationship is very hard for those involved. I aim to minimise dispute and upset, and to bring resolution as swiftly as possible. My approach is to deal with matters in a civilised and constructive fashion, and to ensure that the needs of any children are addressed first.

In the majority of cases it is possible to find a fair solution through negotiation, and without using the court to make a final decision. Negotiations are dealt with in a calm and dignified manner.

Sometimes however it is necessary to take rapid action through the courts to safeguard my client’s interests and those of their children. On these occasions I take immediate and if necessary robust action.

My clients come from a range of backgrounds. They are recommended to me by previous and existing clients and other lawyers.
