BACKGROUND
Having specialised in family law since qualifying in 1993, I have wide experience including the conduct of cases where one or both parties have a high net worth; cases where there is an international aspect, and those where the assets are complex or hidden, sometimes involving business assets.

I have handled several demanding and complicated cases involving children.

I acted in the Court of Appeal case of Pearce (2003) and the High Court case of G v G (Matrimonial Property: Rights of Extended Family) (2005).

Before setting up my own practice in January 2006, I spent five years with one of London’s best known family law practices, Levison Meltzer Pigott. Previously I was a partner with an established firm in Devon.

My rates are low compared to West End and City practices. As I adopt a proactive, realistic approach, my service is cost-effective.
